The Dayton Boat Club coaches are pleased to offer individual coaching sessions for members and juniors interested in improving their sculling skills. The program is primarily intended for members of our juniors team, participants in last year's rowing camps who will enter high school this year, and those from our adult and junior introduction to rowing programs who wish to continue. Coaching responsibilities will be divided among our principal coaches and other experienced rowers, including Mike Schena, Katie Lesko, Mike Farrey, and Anne Feight, among others.
